    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. PvP is off by default.
    2. Regular user enables PvP.
    3. Regular user logs off.
    4. Regular user logs back in.

    What is the expected output?
    Choice whether to have PvP enabled or not is preserved.

    What do you see instead?
    PvP is back to default (off).

    What version are you using?
    3.0.0
