What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /pvptimer grant <nickname> <time>
2. probably + other plugins

What version of the product are you using?
1.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, it didnt log when it's happen

Please provide any additional information below.
When i type this command /pvptimer grant <nickname> <time>, for ex. /pvptimer grant pAxs1s 100m then it writes me that i recieve protect, but this isnt true, and after i type /pvptimer check pAxs1s, then i recieve that i dont have any protection.

Please downgrade to the version 1.2 which I believe still works up to 1.7.4 (Not sure on 1.7.9, but feedback would be nice). The 1.3 version is being worked on currently so please be patient.
