• Add compatibility with EZRanksLite (hopefully)

• Fly now disabled for both players

• Modified how tagging players is handled (Might improve performance but may also have some bugs yet)
• Fix blood now being gray? Thanks Minecraft 1.8
• Fix tag time not extending inside regions
• Fix player rewards/penalties and some other features working on excluded worlds
• Fix money exploit by killing yourself with a bow (weird but happens)
• Fix exception shooting arrows from a dispenser to a player (thanks to this now the plugin won't work on versions below 1.7)
