• Update to work with latest Factions version
• Money rewards and penalties can now take doubles (ex: 0.1)
• Don't hook into factions if version is below 2.7.0
• Prepare for future breaking changes in Factions API again (just in case...)
• Reworked handling of PvP events so mcMMO and GriefPrevention are now compatible
• Fix NPE when blocking lava/flint near players
• Fix 2 players from same Faction not able to attack each other inside regions
• Fix possibility of newbies getting blocked from picking items without newbie protection enabled
