• Add possibility to define allowed commands in combat
• Fix some PvPManager features still working on words excluded by World Exclusions setting
• Untag players on server reload/restart so they don't get killed by PvP log
• Split PvPTimer feature into a different config file
• Add nice looking comments to the config files =D
• Command /pvp can now toggle pvp on other players - Example: /pvp nochancesd
• Add option to change pitch on PvPTimer sounds
• Disable fly and gamemode now apply on PvP instead of only when in combat
• Add permission pvpmanager.nodisable - Players don't get fly and gamemode disabled
  If you use PvPTimer you will lose anything you defined in the config, i suggest a backup and then just copy everything to PvPTimer.yml
