Most of these changes were already on dev builds for over a year, anyway here they are, now uploaded to Spigot.

Changelog:

• Updated some dependencies to latest versions
• Fix anti border hopping with SimpleClans
• Fix some issues with scoreboards
• Hide vanished players from /pvplist
• Using Java 8 to compile
• Updated to 1.12
