Ver 5.1 (Mes cheveux sont en feu, encore une fois)

• Updated plugin to 1.7.9 R0.1 (Though it works just fine with builds all the way down to 1.6.4)
• ADDED Metro punishment - Translates the player's chats in to a random language
• ADDED Arabic punishment - Translates the player's chats in to arabic, if the font is supported
• ADDED Nuke punishment - One massive explosion at the players location. Do this at your own risk.
• ADDED Bomb punishment - Simulates the effect of a B-52 style carpet bombing of the player. Again, do at your own risk.
• ADDED Scream punishment - Plays a maximum-volume ghast scream at the player
• ADDED Trip punishment - Makes the player drop all their items on the floor
• FIXED using the player 'all' when punishing will now punish everyone EXCEPT you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I was going to add a feature which played Justin Beiber to the client as a punishment, but apparently that's considered a form of torture and therefore banned by the Geneva convention. Sorry guys!

• Restore works, but any blocks that hold data (Like colored blocks, different types of the same block, or chests) get reset to the default state. I'm still working on it, but it's mostly fixed now
