Ver 4.2 (BIIIG BUG BUSTER!)

• FINALLY FIXED the crucial server crash bug. Punishmental should no longer crash when used in conjunction with any other plugins.
• Added Maim Punishment: Prevents player from picking stuff up
• Added Brittle Punishment: Makes the player die when falling any distance

• RESTORE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE WORKING!!!!
• Seriously, check that restore works before you do something that you'll think you'll need it for.
• ^ I really can't stress the above enough

The notice on the main page still stands: I will be maintaining this plugin when I have spare time, but as that is now officially rarer than diamond at block level 14, don't expect any immediate reply to tickets or anything like that.
