What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I have a 10 worlds server and one of them is a Freebuild World.
My users use that like a mine and I need to stop it.
Right now I've made a huge region that takes all the world so my users can't destroy nothing, but they can't build as well.
Now I need this: can you make it possible to let the users place only the protection block on the ground (in a wg region) IF the wg priority of the first region is less than, i don't know, -1000?
'cause this is the best plugin I ever seen for regions protections and let my server to be auto-managed, so It's important for our 6k users server.

p.s. if you know some other way to protect users from breaking (not placing) outsite wg regions in an entire world is good as weel.

I could make it so it checks the priority level before placing the stone, but the problem is, users would be able to overlap other users stones. Currently WorldGuard's API only allows one check type and that is if your new region overlaps a region (or regions) you don't own. So until WG adds some new options I can't implement this change.

It maybe possible for me to add this feature depending on the next finished update to WG.

Thats a real pity. And what I can use instead? I've thought to use a protection plugin that protect the entire world and make my Mods bypass that protection and place your protectionstones to make a wg that bypass the first protection in priority (not the flag). Do you know how I can do that? Thanks :)

Ok I've bypassed this issue, if can help someone, making 2 commands: freebuild1 to remove the giant freebuild region, let the user place the block, and freebuild2 to select a 100k -100k region and create the freebuild region adding some flags (mods and admin commands). Hope to resolve this soon. Thanks and great job!
