ProtectionStones 1.7

Changes:

Fixed a block replacement problem in /ps view.

Fixed flags so you can unset (remove) a flag by using a flag name and no value (i.e. /ps flag greeting).

Fixed a server console error messages with invalid flag use.

Fixed overlapping regions problems with setting region information, now detects closest ProtectionStone, this includes vertical height so you may need to get vertically close to the stone to detect it.

Fixed /ps region regen, after WorldGuard 5.5/WorldEdit 5.2 the command stopped working.

Removed explosion detection due to to many issues with other plugins interacting with the event and fighting for contention.

New Permission:

protectionstones.admin (defaults to op)

For the three commands below.

New Commands:

Added the following three new commands that all require protectionstones.admin permission /ps admin version, /ps admin reload, and /ps info region

New Configuration:

Added Region.NOSILKTOUCH (blocks ore drop collection via Silk Touch Pickaxe of blocks in the ProtectionStones block list, defaults to false)

Incompatible with PreciousStones, they both act on the same kind of ore blocks and both have the same command name of "/ps".
