ProtectionStones 1.6e

Changes:

1) Built on WorldGuard 5.5 and WorldEdit 5.2

2) Changed some error checking code to conform to WorldGuard 5.5

Incompatible with PreciousStones, they both act on the same kind of ore blocks and both have the same command name of "/ps".
