Added the following commands:

/ps region {list|count|remove} {playername|

Added the following permissions:

protectionstones.regions (Allows use of Region Commands) defaults to op.

Added permissions for all WorldGuard Region Flags

Added the following custom configuration in the config.yml file:

Allowing any block type to be used as ProtectionStones

Incompatible with PreciousStones, they both act on the same kind of ore blocks and both have the same command name of "/ps".
