    What is the issue?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Are you going to do any more work on 1.6.4 like implementing more then just rain and snow? or should I give up hope.

    Yes, I'm working on ProperWeather-weathers which is a plugin with those weathers extracted from ProperWeather. I was working on bridging these 2 plugins mainly from side of ProperWeather. That's why I'm releasing development builds. If you're curious, these are weathers that are currently in there : arrowrain, godander, hot, itemrain, meteorstorm, sandstorm, snowstorm, windy. I'm planning to release ProperWeather-weathers along with stable version of ProperWeather. The current versions of both plugins need more testing.

    Btw do you want development build? I could give you one today :)
