    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Instead of the NPC being created when I do /dwdnpc create <Username>, it says this is the chat: /dwdnpc [function] (arguements)

    What version of the product are you using?
    I am using the newest version, because I downloaded the newest version that was available yesterday (19th of May, 2013).

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Yes

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Whenever anyone does any of the commands, this problem occurs.
