What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updating the plugin in general
2. Reviewing my permissions
3. Helping me fix it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: I wanted /hs list to list all the regions.
What I see: All I see is "[HeroStronghold] List of region types."

What version of the product are you using?
The latest version.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope. Probably permission errors, but I put every single permission (except admin permissions) possible.
