Do not use this build unless you are using a dev build of Heroes

• Fixed experience gain exceptions when using dev builds of Heroes

• some commands are case sensitive when they shouldn't be
• charters aren't stored properly and are wiped if the server is reset
• hs rename command doesnt work yet

please report any if you find them. (in the forums tab under bugs)
