PrisonUtils
Description
PrisonUtils is a Plugin which (as the name already suggests) adds a couple
of useful Prison Utilities to the game.
It also adds Backpacks which can be used to store items.
If you have QuickSell installed, you can also sell all Items which are inside
your Backpack.
if you have PrisonGems installed, players can purchase Backpacks
using Gems via /backpacks or [Backpack] Signs

Configuration
mining: auto-smelt: true ## Specify whether it automatically smelts mined Blocks enable-fortune: true ## You can enable/disable whether Fortune has an impact on the amount of dropped Items straight-to-inventory: true ## Specify whether mined Items go straight to your Inventory/Backpack backpacks: true ## Specify whether Backpacks are enabled prefer-backpacks: true ## Specify whether it will prefer to put Items into the Backpack or Inventory unbreakable-pickaxes: false ## Specify whether Tools take damage when being used auto-block: true ## Specify whether Valuables automatically get turned into their Block Form if you have at least 9 block-whitelist: ## Well, if you are lazy and don't want a protection plugin, you can simply disable breaking blocks which are NOT in this list. Note here that in Creative Mode you will still be able to break those. PrisonUtils allows a lightweight API for Developers to be used in order to create custom Addons for PrisonUtils.

Auto-Updater and Metrics
All my Plugins are using an Auto-Updater to make sure, you're always
using the latest and hopefully most bug free version of my Plugin.
If you don't want this Plugin to be auto-updated, you can turn it off
in the config file at "options -> auto-update: true/false"
They also use a Metrics-System which collects the following Informations:
A unique identifier
The server's version of Java
Whether the server is in offline or online mode
The plugin's version
The server's version
The OS version/name and architecture
The core count for the CPU
The number of players online
The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing
plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.
I got an idea for this plugin, maybe you could add tokens to upgrade the pickaxe like add fortune and efficincy, this would be pretty cool i think i saw it on another server.

Yes.
I'm assuming that the new updates don't cancel the BlockBreakEvent? That's why it's compatible with EZBlocks and Other Drops?

Hmmmm, I dont think it fits into this Plugin, there are more than enough plugins for this available.

There is already auto pickup (mining -> straight-to-inventory: true/false)

It does work for me and there always was Explosive Pick support. The author of your Explosive Pick plugin simply doesnt call the event. If you want it to be compatible, simply tell him to call a BlockBreakEvent on every block broken by the eplosive pickaxe.

The night vision and anti fall dmg doesnt work for me and could u add support for explosive picks because when i have a full inv and i dig up stone it explodes a little area but only 1 block goes into the backpack but not the reset of the blocks that where broken

Could you also list all your Plugins maybe? The Explosive Pickaxe Plugin might be incompatible, nothing I can do about that. This is something the author of that plugin would have to fix.

Im using a custom explosive pickaxe plugin and everytime that i fill my inv with bedrock and try to dig up things like stone it doesnt go into the backpack it just drops on to the ground. im using spigot 1.7.10

The next update will be a bit experimental. I am trying out a new way to store the Backpacks contents. This might reduce lag a lot but I am currently unaware whether it might allow duplication to occur.
There is a lot of lag with the back packs it makes my normal tps which is 20 Go to like ten then when I stop mining with a back pack it shoots back up to 20 PLEASE FIX otherwise it's a fantastic plugin and it works with quick sell!!!
Uh oh, I'm using version PrisonUtils v1.1.2 for CB 1.7.9-R0.2 Dec 08, 2014 for a 1.7.9 test server, is the auto-inventory bug fixed when it came to regular blocks such as sand etc?
What's happening is, it puts one sand in my inventory, and then if I mine more sand, the one sand in my inventory disappears and if I continue mining nothing happens. Using: block-whitelist: - [] Ok... And now all of a sudden it's working?
