Kit updates:
Archer now only has 1 stack of arrows and ironsword with sharpness I
Heavy now has slowness II and strength I

Fixed Bugs:
/kits saying archer twice.
Healing with soup only worked if you have 6 hearts (3 full) missing I think I have fixed this although you still have to have half a heart missing

Added Features:
Message is sent to a player when they kill another player
Saying 'You have been given 1 Exp Level for killing <Killed>'

Kit Updates:
Mage: Now has stonesword, changed 3 poison to 3 weakness potions
