What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Doing /reload
2. Trying to use a powertool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the powertool to work multiple times. Instead, It works once then I can never use it again.

What version of the product are you using?
0.9.10

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
It had been working earlier on my server, but then it just randomly stopped and started doing what I already said it was doing, instead of working properly.
Also, I've tried restarting the server, re installing powertool, And it just doesnt work.
