Fixed a bug where one part of a grid could shut off power in another part. If a part of the grid is above another part, only separated by a single block of air, it will NOT place a redstone torch inbetween them because it will result in an UNPOWERED redstone torch on the top grid layer.

Also fixed a bug that resulted in the initial redstone torch becoming atatched to the wall if the wall was made of one of the gridstone types, thus disabling the grid.

Certain scenarios can cause an infinite power loop.
