    1. is it possible to have priority integration to the config, like if potion priority is given 100, anything below that value could be allowed for overlapping maybe? that would help to protect town regions. (eg giving the settlement area the priority of 50 would stop the players picking up roads etc but still could create their plots)

    2. the /fence command works more than once which is good, like if you stand on a block you can raise it, however the replaceblock only replaces the last fence created.

    3. it would be nice to allow pp users to regenerate their own plots by a command when deleting. eg. /delregion regen or /delregion noregen? I have disabled the regen as when they have a house on a 20*20 and they would want to replace it with 30*30 -with the regen enabled the house would be wiped as well when removing their region.
