    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Install the plugin on 1.7.10
    2. Attempt to use any command.
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    All commands do not function as expected, instead, they return the string "/portal help" regardless of syntax, capitalisation, etc.

    What version of the product are you using?
    3.0.0 Beta

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No
