This (minor) release contains the following changes
* Fix an issue where the place flag isn't functioning properly
* Fix issues where the deny-teleport flag conditions do not work as expected
* Fix an issue where NoClassDefFoundError is thrown on startup
* Remove unused flags: hanging-interact, sleep, fire-spread
* Fixes an issue where flags allow for invalid blocks
* Make flag categories configurable
* Make the flag list output message configurable
* Fix an issue where deny-exit does not consider the appropriate permissions
* Fix an issue where flag sometimes do not belong to an existing category
* Add the Bukkit module to the maven artifact outputs
* Add a new flag: untrusted-visit
* Make flag error messages configurable
* Replace some internal code with similar code in WorldEdit
* Fix issues with illegal setAccess calls
* Fix an issue where player plot time is not reset when changing worlds
* Add support for WorldEdit patterns where BlockBuckets are used
* Made removing * remove the "Everyone" asterisk before removing all members
* Removed schematic test command
* Made config more clear by adding better examples and rephrased the current ones
* Fixed debug "spam" on startup printing all plot world stats
* Added translation strings for flag categories
* Added translation strings for the flag list output message
* Fixed "/plot flag set" allowing invalid values
* Removed empty line so "/version PlotSquared" looks better now
* Fixed boolean flag description
* Added translation strings for flag error messages
* Added missing colors to initial messages on startup
* Removed various modifier reflections so PlotSquared can work on Java 12 (Yet still more than 90% are using Java 8)
