Bukkit

- Added a custom event. ( HealthUpdateEvent which is called when'ever a player's health is changed )

- Added color support. ( & and then the color code )

- Changed how few things work.

- Added support for a un-published plugin I've made.

- Made the plugin stop it'self if you do not have the dependencys.

- Removed the config file for max health.

- Removed the setMaxHealth function.

- And other minor things.
