[+] Config option to disable or enable the 'World Messages'
[+] When a player change of world in a multiple world server, it will automatically show all player and when the player goes back to the "hub world" it will check the config and will show or hide the players in the hub world.
[*] Spamming "The plugin isn't enabled in this world"

When you want to edit something in the config do it when the server isn't running because if you do it when the server is running, it will reset it to the old values
