Here is a more simple plugin than not. Basically, what this plugin does, is it listens for when a player is damaged. Then it sends a message to the player that took damage saying what type of entity hit them, and how much damage they took.
Please note that this plugin is in Alpha stage. It is not in its full stage, and I have other things planned for it that I want to add in the future.
No Permissions...
No Commands...
TODO:
- If a player is damaged by another player, send the damager's username in the message
- Add configuration for the message sent to players when they are damaged
- Add a message that is sent to a player when they damage someone which says who/what they hit, and how much damage they dealt.

Yes I suppose that is possible, but I do not know how to work with mobs at the moment. I will look into that at some point, thanks for letting me know! :)

Posted Feb 23, 2014If a message is sent to the player damaged it will be over spamming and I do not know if someone does want random spam on their servers. Wouldn't it be best if the name of the damaged player changes to the hit damage or you spawn and despawn a tagged pet with the damage as the name?
