  • Added ProtocolLib support. Now if ProtocolLib is installed it will be used instead of built-in NMS-library (PacketNMS).
  • Fixed some compatibility issues. Now PlayEffect is compatible (and tested) with: craftbukkit 1.7.2, .cratbukkit 1.6.4, MCPC+1.6.4. And therefore PlayEffect will work fine with any version of server mod that compatible with BukkitAPI and ProtocolLib.
  • Effects blockdust, blockcrack now supporting parameter block, that is used as alias for item. So /play blockdust block:STONE will work as well as /play blockdust item:STONE
