Initial public release

• Ghost item left on anvil after renaming
• Server startup time severely lags when large amounts of lamps are placed
• Lamps can be broken (or will drop lamp when cancelled) in protected regions
• Lamps will turn into regular redstone lamps when moved by a piston
• Lamps will create new Street Lamp in original position when moved by a piston
