Not making image and keeps crashing server #8

    I am using shockbyte.com to host my server and the plugin and I have successfully downloaded an image but when I go to create it, I use the correct command and then it says loading, but no percentages after the initial loading. Then, it sometimes crashes the server after a couple of minutes, sometimes not. I have tried this 5+ times to no avail. Any help or advice?
