Fixed bug from allowing players to take badges from /gym see (player)
(Now they can't)

Now shows player name when you do /gym next gym# which is handy for knowing who is joining the gym because of minecrafts rendering issue where the players are invisible.
Also when doing /gym check gym# it tells you who is the first person of the queue (Player name)
As well as when someone is in a queue and does /gym check gym# it says there are in position 1 if they are the next person to be teleported. (it used to say 0)

Now shows info on when a badge was won and which gym leader was fought. (When hovering over the badge in the inventory)

Removed particle effects,
There were un-known incompatibility issues.

Make sure you generate a new config. (IF YOU UPDATED FROM LOWER THAN v5.5) (Backup your current config.yml delete it from the server and restart the server to generate a new one. It needs gymfee, gymfeeamount, gymcooldown and gym#badge. Without gymfee, when someone joins a queue it will give a null error)

There is currently no way to tell if someone has enough balance to pay the fee for the gym. I will look at getting an API for this, for now it just tells you if you receive the money, if you don't then they don't have enough money. And it is up to the gym leaders to make them lose the battle if they want.
