Added it so it displays player names when they join a queue.

/gym remove gym# now teleports the first player of the queue to spawn (set by /gym setwarp spawn)

Another fix to null minutes

Make sure you generate a new config. (Backup your current config.yml delete it from the server and restart the server to generate a new one. It needs gymfee, gymfeeamount, gymcooldown and gym#badge. Without gymfee, when someone joins a queue it will give a null error)

There is currently no way to tell if someone has enough balance to pay the fee for the gym. I will look at getting an API for this, for now it just tells you if you receive the money, if you don't then they don't have enough money. And it is up to the gym leaders to make them lose the battle if they want.
