Fixed many little bugs, added some neat little features and cleaned up some of the code.

New features:
- Now show's all gym's a leader is leader of. (Not just highest one) in /gym leaders.
- If a gym leader leaves, and his gym is open and no one else is leader of the same gym. It will close his gym automatically.
- When adding a gym leader via /pixelgym addleader. You have the option to set which pixelmon to give the leader and there level's (in the config)
- New feature to add a gym leader group or elite 4 group that already has the permission "pixelgym.leader" or "pixelgym.e4leader"
- /gym sendrules (challenger username) <gym#> sends the challenger the gym's rules seen in /gym rules <gym#>
- OP's no longer appear on the /gym leaders list or have a "A Gym leader has joined the server" message.
