Bukkit

• Updated to new events system
• Corrected Java formatting
• Added the permission "pitfall.trigger"
• Lots of cleanup of the source code
• Changed the system to use loggers instead of system prints, this should give better integration with bukkit.

If the server crashes while blocks are gone they will not be restored (There is really no way around this without storing the blocks)
