Whenever you build a portal now it will generate the corresponding portal in the same place in the other world, even underground and way in the air. Could it be changed like the normal portals so when it's underground it goes to the nearest available space that will fit it? Also if its floating in the air and there is ground within a certain distance maybe it should be placed on the ground too

And the stone surrounds should only be made if it isnt on ground already
