What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.as soon as i set :
"boats_never_crash: true"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the expected output is achieved the boat doesn't break

1.0.1 r1 with tekkit pack installed

well i made a water channel going upward but the boat broke down, so i installed this plugin.
tested the plugin ok worked, tested the channel broke down again.
So i went and changed the config and now the boat doesnt break.
but instead i keep going in a straight line what results in dragging me trough blocks and not going up
