What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 1.7.2 R02
2. PEX and Nick.Jar
3.Start client, connec to server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
/nick to alter nickname
Receive no permission error with blanket permissions set in PEX for the file.

What version of the product are you using?
I'm on an x64 computer with both versions of Java.
