    Permissions for what channel they can join.

    Aka

    Default: cc.local
    Global: cc.global
    World: cc.world

    channel: cc.channelname

    Password is bypassed if permission is given.

    I have a module system, the current implementation of permissions is handled by projectinfinity in Permission Channel (not released)
