Can't use if not opped #2

    If i'm opped I can use the sign properly by right-clickin and I can't the error that I already have the permission. Makes sense everything seems right.

     

    If I'm not opped however rightclicking the sign doesn't do anyhting. I added the use permission and even the admin permission( permissionsign.use) but still if i click the sign nothing happens. Does someone know the permission to use the signs?

    I'm in 1.14.4 btw
