Players can't build but they have permission #257

    I have three maps in all on my server, (World, World_nether, and games)
    and my players can only build in world and world_nether
    but all my ranks have permissions.build:true  under there global permissions...
    Here is my config.yml if that helps...

    Make sure users also have essentials.build
