What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Add discounts to the insurance!
There would be a permissions node and a config file so the config would look like
Discounts
    VIP: 50%
    Random: 2-4%
    Reward: 3%

And the permission node would depend on those so
ss.vip
ss.random
ss.reward

It would not be case sensitive.

Here are my design thoughts:

I can add in "risk categories" that are linked to various permissions.

By default, I'll have the following:

Very High Risk High Risk Moderate Risk Low Risk Very Low Risk

These will be customizable, added to, removed from, etc.

Each has a discount associated with it, in particular: VH: -100 H: -50 M: 0 L: 25 VL: 50

(As this might be confusing to have negative percentages, I may decide to go with a multiplier instead)
