Bukkit

added:
- a autoparachute that will open after you fall some blocks
- you can remove the crafting recipe
- some messages which are sended to every op if parachute couldnt load something
fixes:
- when dobblespace-to-activate is true you can have your parachute anywhere in your inventory and not only in your hand
