Why Pail-PublicAPI?

Pail PublicAPI only contains the "public api" code, meaning the basic functions you only really need. It contains zero code, and none of the bulky images and skins. As of 0.7.1 Pail PublicAPI has the size of 12.3KB, while Pail has a size of 1.01MB (84 times the size).

I (feildmaster) created Pail PublicAPI for the sole reason of having a simple, easily modifiable and small "library" jar. After making it I thought, why not let other people use this as well? While I don't include any of pail's classes, besides what is considered "public api", it still provides the developers the ability to hook into pail.
