    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Launch the server
    2.play on the server with the game
    3.try to open pail

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    pail just wont show

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.7.10

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no none are produced

    Please provide any additional information below.
    It will show up in the beginning but after a while it just wont show up
