Custom drop plugins

It's rather interesting to note that many of the major custom drops plugins all started around Feb/March 2011 and were abandonded/taken over by another dev a few months later. In all these cases (except Phatloots, which has had the same dev since start) the new dev is still maintaining it today.

• Originally a chest "random loot" generator, now supports custom drops.
