    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.I am just using your plugin , but the config seem to not work

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I try to change the ore respawn delay but whatever i write in the config the ores respawn in 50sec .

    What version of the product are you using?
    0.9
    (0.8 give me the same result)

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No all the ores respawn after 50sec normaly

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I Have world edit, and CB 1.2.5-R1.0
