When OpenInv encounters an unsupported version, it will no longer disable itself entirely so it is clearer to users what is wrong
If you depend on OpenInv's API, please ensure that you are checking IOpenInv#isSupportedVersionbefore attempting to use any methods - Bukkit will no longer report the plugin disabled
