What Version of OnTime and Bukkit are you using?
OnTime: 4.1.3 - latest version compatible with MC 1.7
Bukkit: Cauldron-Thermos-1614

What storage option are you using? (YML or MYSQL) ?

What permissions plugin are you using? (Groupmanager, PEX,bPermissions, etc.)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Defining kits in the rewards.yml with modded items that have meta data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The plugin should load all of the kits correctly and be able to give the kit to a player.
- Error: "[ONTIME] Rewards: unknown item in kit voting36: 4603:1"
  -  This error occurs for every item that is defined with meta data

Did you turn on OnTime logging (/ontime logfile enable 1)?  If so, provide a link to that file too.
- This seems to be a problem on plugin load of kits.

Please provide any additional information below.
- The server is running in a modded environment. The plugin seems to be loading fine, it just seems to be unable to load the meta data attached to the items in the defined kits.
