What Version of OnTime and Bukkit are you using?OnTime: LatestBukkit: Spigot 1.8.8
What storage option are you using? (YML or MYSQL) ?
What permissions plugin are you using? (Groupmanager, PEX,bPermissions, etc.)

What steps will reproduce the problem?1. Restarting the server2. Doing /ontime resets it back to 0
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected to see my played time from the week/day, but that is 0 also.
Do you have an console log of what happened? There is no console log as there is no errors to report within.
Are you having a "rewards" problem? Please provide a link to a copy of your /plugins/OnTime/rewards.yml : No.
Did you turn on OnTime logging (/ontime logfile enable 1)? If so, provide a link to that file too. No

Is this truly a one of set of multiple servers?
If so, how many different servers do you have sharing the OnTime database, and are you having problems also on the other servers?
Or is the problem only with this non-primary server?

Hi. I am looking into this, but there seems to be some lingering problems with the multiServer function that are giving me problems. This may take some time, so please be patient.
I may come back with requests for more information, so please help me in my efforts. If needed would you be willing to take a test load to verify any fixes I find, or help me gather additional information? I don't have a full bungee setup on my test servers, so to complete tests or investigations I will need some help.
