What Version of OnTime and Bukkit are you using?
OnTime:3.13.4
Bukkit:Spigot 1.8

What storage option are you using? (YML or MYSQL) ? YML for Ontime, MySQL for PEX.

What permissions plugin are you using? (Groupmanager, PEX,bPermissions, etc.) PermissionsEX 1.23.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Any promotion beyond Novice (Second Lowest rank)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Promotions are given at time intervals, during any promotion beyond "Novice" rank, a message will pop up in the console
"Group reward listed Grandmaster in rewards.yml not defined in PermissionsEx Configuration."
(I have checked this several times, Grandmaster is correctly listed in the permissions file and the rewards.yml in the right format)
The player will be promoted to the correct group, but then will be added to the starter group "Newcomer" then promoted from
that group to "Novice".

Do you have an console log of what happened? Nothing beyond what I said in the earlier point shows up.

Are you having a "rewards" problem?  Please provide a link to a copy of your /plugins/OnTime/rewards.yml :https://www.dropbox.com/s/8pxnzkuxofi1jfp/rewards.yml?dl=0

Did you turn on OnTime logging (/ontime logfile enable 1)?  If so, provide a link to that file too. If it is needed, I can grab that.

This was not originally set up by me, so rather than redoing the whole thing myself to find the same problem I feel it's best to ask you.
As of right now, it's tolerable, myself and the other staff members with the power to do fix it when it comes up but we do have a decent amount of people on our server and issues like this can become incredibly annoying.

I appreciate in any help in figuring out what's causing this.
