What Version of OnTime and Bukkit are you using?
OnTime: V3.13.4
Spigot: 1649 (MC: 1.7.10)

What storage option are you using? (YML or MYSQL) ?
- YML

What permissions plugin are you using? (Groupmanager, PEX,bPermissions, etc.)
- GroupManager

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. People log on
2. ????
3. Ontime isnt added

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Honestly im not sure whats going on, players are logging on and not having their ontime added. We recently moved servers, since then it seems to - not be working properly. Its effecting new players and the players we had before the move. In some cases it just seems to be removing time,
- player will have 18 hours when logged in, then come back later and be back to 13 hours.

Are you having a "rewards" problem?  Please provide a link to a copy of your /plugins/OnTime/rewards.yml :
- No, the rewards work fine. When players (IF) get to their time, it actually works.

Did you turn on OnTime logging (/ontime logfile enable 1)?  If so, provide a link to that file too.

I'm sorry for the long time in responding, but I have been out of the country for work most of the month ...

Anyway, can you tell me what date you made your server change, to compare against what is shown in the ERROR log? (Or is all of that log on your new server?)

Did you also change your server version (Spigot 1649) at the time that these error started happening, or was it working fine in the past with the same server version?

Hi this the other owner to the server Nistune put the ticket in for, she is currently out of town.

But yes, we did update to 1649 when we moved and as far as we could tell we were not having this issue before then. We made the change on Sept 11th.

I have been busy too, but to mirror what kaval said: Still having the issue. I have kept the log running since I posted the ticket, cant post the whole thing since pastebin has a limit.
